Part of our Gelatine Sculpt overview. Last checked October 19, 2026.

Gelatine Sculpt dosage, as printed on the vendor's label, is 1 or 2 droppers full a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed[1]. One serving is 1 ml, which carries 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 items. The label sets no upper limit beyond 2 droppers, and that is the ceiling we would keep to.

How do you take Gelatine Sculpt?

The label gives one short instruction: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow."[1][2] Both label versions say the same thing.

In practice that means three steps:

  1. Shake the bottle, since the blend can settle.
  2. Fill the dropper and squeeze the liquid into your mouth.
  3. Swallow. The label does not mention holding it under the tongue.

What we infer, and the label does not state: the label lists 1 ml as one serving, so we assume one full dropper is about 1 ml. The label does not mention mixing the drops into water or another drink. If you prefer that, ask the vendor first at contact@customercs.com or +1 (507) 448-8190.

What is the right dose and timing?

Start at 1 dropper a day, the lower label dose, in the morning. The vendor FAQ says to take it "in the morning, preferably before a meal"[3].

Morning timing makes sense for a second reason: the blend contains guarana, a caffeine source, and caffeine late in the day can disturb sleep[5]. Starting low lets you see how you react to the caffeine and to the licorice compound in the blend before moving to 2 droppers.

On food, one point cuts the other way. A safety review of green tea catechins found liver risk rises with large single doses taken on an empty stomach[7]. The amount of green tea extract here is unknown and likely small, but if you have any liver concern, ask your doctor whether to take the drops with breakfast instead of before it.

Consistency matters more than the exact hour. Pick one time each day and keep to it, so any change you notice can be tied to the product.

How long does one bottle last?

A 30 ml bottle lasts 30 days at 1 dropper a day or 15 days at 2. The older 60 ml label (REV 07/25) doubles that[1], so check which size you receive. The table uses the 30 ml bottle, which matches the vendor's "60 Day Supply" for 2 bottles.

What should you avoid while taking it?

Avoid stacking extra caffeine, licorice products and other weight-loss supplements on top of Gelatine Sculpt, and check any prescription medicine with a pharmacist first.

  • Extra caffeine: guarana adds an unknown amount. FDA calls 400 mg a day generally safe for most adults[5], but you cannot count this product toward it, so go easy on coffee, energy drinks and pre-workouts.
  • Licorice candy, teas or supplements: glycyrrhizin raises blood pressure with regular intake[8].
  • Other fat burners or green tea extract pills: they add more caffeine and catechins[6].
  • Antidepressants and some statins or heart drugs: L-tryptophan and grapefruit in the blend can interact[9][11].

Keep the bottle away from dogs, because it contains xylitol. The full medicine list is in our Gelatine Sculpt side effects guide.

How do you track whether it is doing anything?

Keep a simple written log from day one, so you have facts rather than impressions when the refund window starts to close.

  • Before you start: weight, waist at the navel, and blood pressure if you own a home cuff.
  • Daily: date, droppers taken, time, and any side effect such as jitters, poor sleep or headache.
  • Weekly: weight and waist on the same day, same time, same scale.

Water weight can move the scale by a pound or more from one day to the next, so judge the trend over several weeks, not a single reading. If your blood pressure log climbs, stop and show it to your doctor; the licorice compound in the blend is the first suspect.

Change one thing at a time; a new diet started the same week makes the log useless. The refund window is 60 days, and the vendor pages disagree on whether it starts at purchase or delivery[10]. Decide by about day 45 and keep every bottle, empty or not, since all of them must be mailed back. Details are on who sells Gelatine Sculpt.

When should you stop and talk to a doctor?

Stop taking the drops and see a doctor right away if:

  • You get chest pain, a pounding or irregular heartbeat, or feel faint.
  • Your home blood pressure readings rise above your usual range.
  • You notice muscle weakness or cramps.
  • Your skin or eyes turn yellow, or your urine turns dark.
  • You feel agitated, confused or feverish while on an antidepressant.
  • Your face or throat swells, or you struggle to breathe: call 911.

How to take it: our summary

A short checklist for the label directions:

  1. Check the label on your bottle, 30 ml or 60 ml.
  2. Shake, take 1 dropper in the mouth, swallow, in the morning.
  3. Move to 2 droppers only if 1 is well tolerated, never more.
  4. Cut back on other caffeine and skip licorice products.
  5. Log weight, waist and side effects, and decide before the 60-day window ends.

Frequently asked questions

How many drops of Gelatine Sculpt should I take?

The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily, with a serving size of 1 ml. It does not count individual drops. Start with 1 dropper to see how you handle the guarana caffeine, and never go past the 2-dropper label maximum.

Can I take Gelatine Sculpt at night?

The label gives no time of day, but the vendor FAQ recommends the morning, before a meal. Guarana in the blend supplies caffeine, which can keep some people awake, so evening use is a poor fit if you sleep lightly.

Do you mix Gelatine Sculpt with water?

The label says to place the drops in your mouth and swallow. It does not mention mixing with water or another drink. If you want to dilute it, ask vendor support at contact@customercs.com before changing the directions.

Can I take more than 2 droppers a day?

No. Two droppers, about 2 ml, is the most the label allows. Taking more raises your intake of guarana caffeine and the licorice compound, both of which can push up heart rate or blood pressure, with no evidence of extra benefit.

How long should I take Gelatine Sculpt before deciding?

The vendor FAQ asks for at least 30 days of use before a refund request, and the refund window is 60 days. Keep a weight and waist log from day one and decide by about day 45, holding on to every bottle.
